Brooke and Jacob's Haggin Oaks Wedding!!!

 Here is the complete wedding of Brooke and Jacob at Haggin Oak Golf Complex. It took forever to blog this because it was one of eight weddings in October this past fall! Exited to finally get it on here! Brooke found me on the knot.com, but when we met we realized our kids went to the same school...so I now wee them almost every day! Small world huh! 

This wedding has so many great ideas for brides! I have noted throughout all the special things...from wearing her mothers dress to a cake smash instead of a money dance... and she gave very thoughtful gifts to her mother and mother-in-law! And she handmade TONS of signs! Definitely be watching for all her great ideas!!!

 This dress was worn by Brooke's mother at her wedding.

  

These bridesmaid dresses where really cool! They were in like an 'ombre from dark to light as they stand up at the alter.

Love this! Brooke gave this to her mother...so sweet...

 

 

 Cute way to carry the rings. Brooke turned a lipstick holder in one of her wedding colors, into this wedding ring holder...

 

 Another really special thing about this dress...this was part of her grandmothers garter ...so awesome! The first picture is the dress...the following are when Brooke's grandmother was telling us the story about the dress...

This is also SO sweet...this is what Brooke gave her new mother-in-law!

 This is one of my favorites!!!

 

In our professional opinion...you don't REDO a first look...you gotta get it all the first time...but the video people that the couple hired insisted on REDO-ing it sooooo...look at the grooms face on his second turn around. I included this ONLY to show the funny face...but we believe the REDO was totally unnecessary! We totally got it the first time! It is called a first look, not a second change to get the look! LOL

I think this was the part of their vows where they added their Zombie Apocalypse vows...that they will promise to shoot the other in the head, rather then let them turn into a Zombie if bitten! LOL...first time for everything!

This was a very different idea that I had NEVER heard of...They did a cake smash (alternative to a money dance too) where they set out a jar for both the bride and the groom and who's jar had the MOST money in it...would get cake smashed in their face...guess who had the most money...LOL
