A Beautiul Complete Wedding at The Grand Island Mansion! Congrats Walt and Danielle!!!

Here is the COMPLETE and I mean COMPLETE wedding of Danielle and Walt's beautiful wedding at no other then The Grand Island Mansion. Now first before I introduce you to my beautiful couple and tell you a little about them...let me say a little something about the "mansion" as I like to call it... let me know just say...I have been doing wedding photography for over 12 years. I really don't have NEW venues, because I have done most of the local popular ones at least once. But for some reason, The Grand Island Mansion had passed me by all these years! LOL

I finally had the pleasure of meeting the mansion for the first time while doing this couples engagements...I will say...lots of venues have people ohhing and ahhing about their location and how divine they are...THIS...THIS ...mansion, from a photographer;s perspective...is one of the only venues that lives up to the hype!

Okay, like many couples, Walt and Danielle met each other about 10 years ago through friends, saw each other occasionally, but never really got to know each other. Fast forward 10 years....they were introduced again through friends. Walt would always flirt with Danielle and say how pretty she was, but Danielle thought he was just full of it and just playing around! She always thought he was handsome, and loved his smile. FINALLY they had a chance to spend time together and they have been inseparable and in-love ever since.

Walt was quite a romantic when he proposed to Danielle in April of 2013. Danielle had been planning a surprise birthday party for her Grandmother at Sorelle Winery and she had planned for all the grand kids and kids to write poems for grandma and read them aloud. They made a game out of it, where after one poem was read, the guests had to guess who wrote each poem. Walt had his daughter who was about 15 at the time read his poem, it was all about grandma first, until the end where he said how much he felt a part of the family and then she read something like ," then you won't mind if I take your granddaughters hand?" something like that...then Walt pulled Danielle to the front and proposed in front of the WHOLE family. She was so surprised and said he couldn't have done any better!

Two months after they became engaged, they found out they were having a BABY! (I actually met Danielle when she was about 8 months pregnant, I will admit, it was a first!) They had a daughter they named Sabyrn on 2/3/14. This is their first daughter together, but their third daughter between the two of them.

As you look through this blog post, you will see the three beautiful girls, Madison (16), Steve (5) and Sabryn (about 7 months old). Keep your eyes out for grandma too, she is in here also! Okay now that you know some basics...lets' look at their beautiful wedding!

We always start with the dress...

Putting on the shoes...

I just want to add right here...not only is Danielle a beautiful bride...but she is a wonderful mommy! Right before these pictures, she laid down little Sabryn and changed her diaper, like she did in heels and  a dress everyday.

Here Danielle is opening a present that Walt picked out for her, his daughter, who is helping Danielle put on the gift, helped Walt pick it out...

Here are the first of Danielle's formals, we started with her and her daughter Stevie....

I had to add this one...because we have NEVER had a bride and groom see each other that didn't want to prior to the ceremony...umm...until this day...well sort of!! Poor Walt left his shoes at home and had to go back and get them...we are talking about a half an hour travel time one way...so he was ALL BY HIMSELF when he ran up the stairs to his room! And guess who he ran RIGHT past?? Yes...Danielle! But as you can see..he breezed by so fast SHE didn't actually see him! Her reaction is priceless!!!

I love these! I love these with his newest baby girl!
